Part 2 of the ever-eventful RHOA reunion last week revealed the demise of the Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes friendship, one of the stronger ones in the cast (don’t let us down Kandi and Phaedra). When we caught up with Cynthia, she opened up about the whole reunion: why she was surprised that NeNe acted so “mean”, why the Porsha-Kenya fight was “disappointing” and which Housewives actually reached out to Cynthia post-reunion.

Check out the video above to hear her thoughts on the end of her friendship with NeNe, explaining that “Mexico was a wakeup call”, why she still roots for NeNe and wishes her the best and the only thing she wants in return from her. She also makes it very clear that “it was a real friendship” and she misses NeNe sometimes, but that ultimately the time apart is healthy for them.
